All submissions must be original and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should comply with the conference style and formatting requirements and may be subject to peer review and editorial adjustments.

Submission Process

Authors should submit the full manuscript via the conference email ID before the submission deadline.

Ethical Standards

Authors are expected to ensure that their submissions adhere to the highest standards of research ethics, including:

  • Integrity: Accurate and honest representation of data, results, and findings.
  • Acknowledgment: Properly crediting all sources, references, and collaborators.
  • Originality: Avoiding simultaneous submission of the same work to multiple venues.
  • Transparency: Disclosing any potential conflicts of interest.

Ethics & Standards

Conference Ethical Principles

IADIER Conferences are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards. These principles guide all participants — including organizers, speakers, reviewers, and attendees:

  • Accountability: All participants are responsible for adhering to the ethical standards set by the conference, ensuring professional conduct throughout all activities.
  • Collaboration and Sharing: Encouraging constructive collaboration and the open exchange of ideas, while respecting the contributions and rights of all participants.
  • Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of submitted work, reviewer identities, and any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the conference.
  • Conflict of Interest: Avoiding and transparently disclosing any conflicts of interest that could influence decision-making, reviews, or the integrity of the conference.
  • Environmental and Social Responsibility: Promoting environmentally sustainable practices and addressing social sustainability in conference planning and execution.
  • Fairness and Transparency: Ensuring a fair, unbiased, and transparent review process for all submissions and decision-making processes.
  • Integrity and Honesty: Presenting all information, data, and research accurately, originally, and with proper attribution to sources.
  • Non-Discrimination: Upholding inclusivity and equal opportunity for all participants, regardless of race, gender, nationality, or other personal characteristics.
  • Respect for Intellectual Property: Recognizing and protecting intellectual property rights by preventing plagiarism, unauthorized reproduction, and improper citation of others' work.
  • Positive Social Impact: Encouraging research and presentations that contribute constructively to society and promote public welfare.

Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism refers to the unauthorized use or reproduction of another author's words, ideas, or expressions, and presenting them as one's own original work. It constitutes a serious breach of academic integrity and ethical conduct.

Acts of plagiarism — including direct copying, paraphrasing without acknowledgment, or using data, concepts, or results without proper citation — are considered intellectual dishonesty. Depending on the severity, such violations may result in rejection of the paper, withdrawal of publication, suspension, or other disciplinary actions.

Copyright and Licensing

All papers submitted to the conference remain the intellectual property of the authors. By submitting, authors grant the conference a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute the work in the conference proceedings, both in print and online.

Submissions must be original and unpublished elsewhere, with proper acknowledgment of all sources and collaborators. Authors who wish to publish in indexed journals (Scopus, SCI, UGC Care, etc.) may do so subject to additional publication agreements and fees.

Code of Conduct

The conference's code of conduct, which encourages a civil and welcoming atmosphere, is intended to be followed by all attendees. Discrimination, harassment, and other unethical actions will not be accepted.
